Implemented dual sales pipelines for Votive Motive and Clayherbs to          track leads from inquiry to closure. WhatsApp integration enabled                  seamless customer comnunication, while automated follow-ups                    improved payment tracking and client reminders.

Zoho Inventory for Production & Dispatch

Set up real-time inventory management for raw materials and finished goods. Sales orders were directly linked with deals in Bigin, ensuring production deadlines, sample dispatch, and delivery timelines were tracked without delays
