The Challenge

Purecopia was operating essentially as a micro-business taking orders manually via Instagram DMs and phone calls, processing payments over WhatsApp, and managing complex fulfillment and shipping details through static spreadsheets. This highly manual process created severe bottlenecks during peak holiday seasons, resulting in delayed shipments, missed inquiries, and absolutely no framework to scale their sales online.

Our Solution

We architected and launched a fully autonomous e-commerce operation powered by Zoho Commerce. We integrated seamless payment gateways, established automated shipping and tracking notifications via email and SMS, and deployed SEO-optimized, highly visual product pages designed to capture organic search traffic and drive high-intent conversions.

The Background

Purecopia produces exceptional, small-batch Ayurvedic skincare products. They had a fiercely loyal customer base on social media, but their operational backend was a nightmare. When a customer wanted to buy a product, they had to DM the brand, wait for a manual reply with bank details, send a screenshot of the payment, and then wait days for a tracking number. Scaling was impossible because every new customer added exponentially more manual labor to the founders.

Implementation & Strategy

We moved Purecopia off Instagram DMs and onto a robust Zoho Commerce platform. We designed an elegant, fast-loading storefront that visually represented their premium brand identity. We integrated Razorpay to handle instant, secure checkouts, and linked their shipping partner directly into the Zoho ecosystem.

To solve their scaling issue, we implemented an automated CRM flow. Now, when an order is placed, the customer receives an instant WhatsApp confirmation, followed by automated tracking updates as the package moves. We also set up automated post-purchase review requests and replenishment reminders (e.g., "Time to restock your face serum!") 30 days after purchase.

The transition from manual DMs to an automated e-commerce engine liberated the founders from day-to-day operations. With order processing taking zero manual effort, Purecopia was able to focus entirely on marketing and product development.
